Thanks to our special guests Ken Scott and Graham Chalmers &#8211; the total raised was \u00a3804.00 and every penny goes to the charity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starlings was literally packed to the rafters and guests were treated to a fantastic experience including samples from the original multi-track recording of Starman. Playback of an original pressing followed on legendary Marantz receivers and KEF loudspeakers fully restored, all 1973 items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We had a unique piece of art donated by Ann Townsend, created by Fran Taylor of Edge Hairdressing &#8211; this raised \u00a3200 in our auction together with \u00a392 from Colette\u2019s raffle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you to everybody for making a wonderful evening.
